ViPR Certification Course

The ViPR certification course is a one-day intensive which empowers the individual to know all aspects of ViPR, its science and utility. With over 9,000 exercises, it may seem daunting to use ViPR to its fullest extent, however, the certification course is geared toward a methodology that will instruct the trainer to become proficient at the exercises available.
Participants will learn:
• The science of ViPR and why gravity, ground reaction force, muscle / fascial elasticity and integrated function are essential for our movement.
• the ViPR program design, which is a 6 step process used to create infinite regressions and progressions
• vitality exercises, performance exercises and re-conditioning exercises
• the ViPR coaching model which allows you to teach ViPR drills
Upon completion of the ViPR certification course, you will receive a certificate (which allows you to use ViPR with clients / athletes / patients) and associated CECs.

This 4 day intensive (30 hours) practical and theory course is designed to upskill the Personal Trainer and Exercise Prescription in dealing with niggling injuries with their clients. It includes intensive functional anatomy teaching with the elements to successfully understand how a PT can safely train a client with a low risk injury. By the end of the course, the PT will fully understand the 5 step process in Rehab Trainer and how they apply;
R - Risk Assessment - is the clients injury safe to train with?
E- Evaluation - how are poor mechanics of movement contributing to this clients injury?
H - Hands on Loosening - what muscles can I loosen to improve pain and movement?
A - Activation Drills - which muscles need to be switched on in order to improve pain and movement?
B - Begin Training - how do I actually plan a session using these concepts for my injured client?
CEC'S - ACE 2.8 points, Fitness Australia 15 CEC's, REPS UK 16 CPD points.
